Star Shine
Venkatesh worked hard to sport a new look. He looked macho as a boxing chief and his dialogue delivery, body language and expressions are terrific. He played his role to perfection bringing variations as a tough uncompromising no nonsense coach and then as a frustrated boxer.
Ritika Singh stole the show with her powerful performance. The expressions she showed as a girl suffering poverty, arrogant rag picker and boxer who fight against the system is mindblowing. She elevated the film to new level with her performance. Her dialogue delivery, expressions and body language are ultimate.
Nassar performed well in his limited role. Others like Raghu Babu,Tanikella Bharani,Mumtaz,Zakir Hussain performed accordingly.
Sudha Kongara came with a different film to inspire many especially those in Tollywood to think out of the box.First half is fast paced with entertaining and action elements. Venkatesh’s song, mannerisms and Ritika Singh’s performance thrills everyone. Interval bang is good and second half is all about how the duo fight against all odds. Second half right from beginning to end more interesting and fully engaging which makes good impact on movie lovers.
Sudha Kongara highlighted the emotions in the lives of various human beings and the struggle they have to go to win fighting against the corrupt system. Sudha Kongara’s story, screenplay and direction is quite good and intense.
Santosh Narayanan’s background score is good. It elevated the film’s scenes. Film has couple of songs and both are mass beats. Venaktesh’s song and the song filmed on Ritika attracts all. Editing could have been better in the second half. Cinematography is good. Production values are good.
