Movie :      Neno Rakam

Rating:      2.5/5

Director:   Sudarshan Salendra

Behind the Screens
Ace director Puri Jagannath dreamed of seeing his brother Sairam Shankar as star hero. Despite his efforts, Sairam’s career failed to take off. He is getting ready to test his luck with his upcoming film Neno Rakam. Let us see what impact the film made on movie lovers.
Story Line
Young and handsome recovery agent Gautam (Sairam Shankar) falls for Swetcha (Reshmi Menon) and goes to any extent to make him love him. Gautam finally emerges successful in winning Swetha’s heart and when he expected to lead a happy love life, he gets huge shock when Swetha gets kidnapped.
Much to his shock,  he gets threatening calls from the kidnapper Sharath(Sharat Kumar). Watch Neno Rakam on the silver screen to find out the reason behind the kidnapping.
Star Shine
Sai Ram Shankar tried his best to impress movie lovers. His dances are ok and stunts are good. His body language as the careless guy in the first half and caring lover in the second half is good. Still, he should work hard to improve his expressions.
Reshmi Menon got average looks and she did not get much scope to perform. Sarath Kumar performed well in his role. Aditya Menon’s role as encounter specialist is ok. 30yrs Pruthvi,Viva Harsha’s comedy is just ok. Late MS.Narayana appeared for some time bringing back old memories. Others performed according to their roles.
Sudarshan Salendra starts the film on an interesting note. When viewers start expecting something different, they will be disappointed as the story turns out to be a routine flick. After the initial start, film story turns out to be a routine entertainer with a stale romantic track which runs through the entire first half.
Little interest is generated with the interval bang with the promise of cat and mouse game. But even the cat and mouse game after few minutes goes on expected lines. After few sentiment and emotional scenes, Over all the film ends with a routine Overall the film is devoid of any interesting or entertaining elements. It has to be seen how B,C centres receive the film as A class viewers will stay away from these kinds of films.
Music of Mahat Raghavendra is routine. He attracted with a couple of melodies. Background score is good. The cinematography of Siddharth Ramaswamy is beautiful. Karthik could have done a better job in the editing department. Production values are adequate.
