Story:
The film story is actually about the love of two couples – Sharawananad and Ananya and Jai and Anjali. Ananya has done her engineering and is now looking for a job in Hyderabad. Sharawanand lives in Vijayawada. Ananya boards a bus to meet Sharawananad. At the same time Sharawanand also boards a bus to Hyderabad to meet Ananya. Jai and Anajali are in love. Jai takes Anjali to meet his parents. They too board the same bus as Sharawanand.
Anjali and Sharawnand had met earlier and they fall in love. But they realize it only after they go their separate ways. Now they both are on their way t meet. There is a big and unfortunate twist in the Journey. The tow buses – one coming from Hyderabad and the other coming from Vijayawada have a head on collision. The big accident causes many deaths and injuries. The rest of the story is about the fright and agony that the ill fated passengers go by. What happens to the love of the two lead pairs is the basis for the remaining part of the story.
Performance:
Sharawanand is very impressive. He does complete justice to his role. Ananya come up with a decent performance with her cute looks and bubbly nature. Anjali is quite impressive. Jai makes a mark as the film progresses. The rest of the star cast is okay.

Analysis:
Journey as the title suggests is all about Journey in life and not just a journey from one place to another. The director has weaved a good story with a message. The film talks about various values without being preachy.
Verdict:
Journey is a powerful film that looks at life in stark reality. The film is different from start to finish. The film leaves a lasting impression on your mind. However the commercial success of the film is a bit doubtful.
