Powerstar Pawan Kalyan seems to be keen on working more with non-star directors these days. His next film, Katamarayudu directed by Dolly is releasing this weekend. He has another film with Tamil director, RT Naeson and Trivikram Srinivas. Now, we are told that he has signed a film with Santosh Srinivas. Sources say that it is also a remake of a Tamil film like Katamarayudu and RT Naeson’s film. Santosh Srinivas who delivered a big hit with his first movie, Kandireega went on to register two disasters on a trot – NTR’s Rabhasa and Ram’s Hyper.
Mythri Movie Makers who bankrolled Srimanthudu with Mahesh Babu and Janatha Garage with NTR will be producing this project. They are currently Ram Charan’s next with Creative director Sukumar. Srimanthudu and Janatha Garage are the biggest hits in the respective careers of those heroes. Mega fans will be hoping nothing less from these two films with Pawan Kalyan and Ram Charan.
On the other side, Katamarayudu mania is gripping mega fans across the globe. The theatrical trailer of the movie released recently breathed life into the movie which is low on hype until now. The trailer is a perfect cut as it woos the masses and fans. It looks like a perfect recipe for the B and C class audience. From now, the makers should somehow build hype for the film by keeping the steam going. The advance bookings of the movie are good guaranteeing good openings. The Overseas distributor is ensuring that the movie releases in a record number of theaters. The movie had registered a Pre-Release Business of more than 100 Crore even though the movie has a non-star director associated with it. That only proves Pawan Kalyan’s Stamina and his pull at the box office. Also, this comes after Pawan Kalyan delivering a massive disaster like Sardaar Gabbar Singh.
