30 Years Industry Prudhvi created a minor controversy alleging that his role in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s comeback movie ‘Khaidi No 150’ was completely removed. He also said that he is feeling like his mother is dead on Sankranthi festival. He gave an indication to media that Brahmanandam who also played a good role in ‘Khaidi No 150’ was behind the removal of Prudhvi’s scenes. After a storm in the media, Prudhvi deleted his posts on the topic from Social media. But then this whole controversy seems to be a case of misunderstanding. Sources say his role and the scenes are very much in the film and he will be seen in the movie that is set for release on 11th, January.
Already the advance booking of the movie is going on at full swing and the response is just terrific. On the first day, the movie is almost releasing in all the 90% of the theaters in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The movie which is the comeback project for the Megastar is creating tremendous hype in the trade circles. The makers of this prestigious project are looking at a Pre-Release Business of a whopping 103 Crore including all. This is the highest Pre-Release Business of any Senior Hero till date and is even on par with the star heroes of current generation.
Khaidi No 150 is the official remake of Tamil Blockbuster, Kaththi. The Censor works of the movie are recently completed and the movie received UA certificate with out any cuts. Khaidi No 150 will be the first of Sankranthi releases. The movie will take on Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Landmark 100th film, Gautamiputra Satakarni and Sharwanand’s Shatamanam Bhavati at Sankranthi Box Office. VV Vinayak has directed Khaidi No 150 and the music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Ram Charan and his mother Surekha are producing the movie on their Konidela Production Company. Leading Tamil Production House, Lyca Productions is the co-producers.
