T.Rajendran, senior actor, director and producer in Kollywood alleged that a conspiracy is being hatched against his son Simbhu. He said many are ganging up to ensure his son Simbu’s ‘Vaalu’ to ensure that the film will not get released. T.Rajendran himself decided to release the film produced by Chakravarthi on Nick Arts banner after seeing the problems for long time. Hansika starred as hero-ine in the film. Plans are on to release the film on July, 17th. Under these circumstances Magic Race approahced High Court two days back claiming that they own the distribution rights of ‘Vaalu’ in Tamil Nadu, Kerala,Karnataka, Pondicherry and got it for Rs.10crs in 2013. High Court postponed the hearing to July, 13th and asked film makers to come with a counter. The moment this happened, rumours spread that High court stayed the film release.
T.Rajender rued on people spreading false rumours. He said some in the media spreading that ‘Vaalu’ relese has been stayed which is completely wrong. He said Court will hear the case on July, 13th and he will abide by the court decision. He said, he announced ‘Vaalu’ release on June, 19h and from then on negative propaganda is going on. He questioned the logic behind Music Race remaining silent for a month and approaching court when the film release is nearing. He questioned whether they want ‘Vaalu’ rights or stall the film release. He said when he is trying his best to get along with distributors by discussing with them, some are trying to hurt him and distributors feelings.
