Chitti Chitti Aduga
Artist(s): Naresh Iyer,Shreya Ghoshal

This melidious number starts off with Shreya Ghoshal ‘Chitti Chitti aduga jinkala paruga’ along with the chorus. Lyrics of Sirivennela brings back the happy memories of childhood. Naresh Iyer supported the song well singing ‘vichchina nemali pincham’. The song will have a soothing effect on music lovers.

Mattiloni Chettu
Artist(s):SP.Balasubramanyam
Lyricist:Sirivennela Seetarama Sastry

Ilayaraja tried different beat in this number but it reminds people of his old classics. SPB sang the song in typical style bringing variety and beauty to the song. One thinks the song is a story sequence by father to make his son forget his sorrows.  SPB singing ‘rentaka chitana’ leaves everyone spell bound. The way he spelt ‘Matti lone chettu,..narakam and trisanku swargam’ leaves everyone that only he is capable of doing that.

Endaka Ee Payanam(F)
Artist(s): Surmukhi
Lyricist:Sirivennela Seetarama Sastry

The song has beautiful melodious beats and Surmukhi did full justice to the song. A bit of melancholic song bringing back memories of trials and tribulations of childhood. The way Surmukhi sang the song makes everyone’s heart heavy with tears.

Gayam Tagili
Artist(s): Ilayaraja

Many don’t know that Ilayaraja is also a good singer and he showcases his talent in this number. The manner in which he sang ‘Gayam Tagili’ shows his grip on language. He did full justice to the song and music lovers feel they are taken on a journey of melody. Sirivennela is at his lyrical best with words of the song. Layaraja’s musical knowlege is bought to fore the way he sang ‘eedu cherigindo’.

Endaka Ee Payanam(M)
Artist(s): Sathyan
Lyricist:Sirivennela Seetarama Sastry

This song is sung by Satyan this time. Chorus as usual added mystic flavor to the song. Satyan is at his soothing best with his voice brining in depth to the song. Satyan’s voice in ‘Endaka E payanam,Vedukedo’ touches everyone’s heart.

Final Track

Music maestro Ilayaraja’s tunes always have mesmerising effect on listeners. Genex listeners may feel deprieved of fast and peppy numbers as per the current trend. Even his die hard fans may feel that most of the tracks in the film has only melancholic effect. But true to his style Ilayaraja has taken all on a musical voyage of high class.
