Top 5 Reasons for NTR Kathanayakudu Failure

Here are the five Reasons for the failures of NTR Kathanayakudu

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s NTR Kathanayakudu is heading to a massive disaster. The movie got a slow start on its release day but the film fell very badly on its subsequent days. The movie already started registering deficits in many centers. There is no improvement in the Festival Days as well. Now there is a gloom over the second part of NTR Biopic, NTR Mahanayakudu which releases on February 7th. Here are the five Reasons for the failures of NTR Kathanayakudu:

1. Known Story:

Mahanati is a Big Success because the story of Savitri is mostly unknown to the people. We only know Savitri about a great actress but do not know her real life which actually added spice to the movie. But unlike that, NTR’s life story is an open book and know to everyone.

2. Two Parts Strategy:

The makers have divided the film in two parts – NTR Kathanayakudu and NTR Mahanayakudu. NTR Kathanayakudu is mostly about NTR’s film career. Balayya did not suit as Young NTR which also backfired. The first part has no masala as the Political content is mostly confined to the Second Half.

3. No Surprise Factor:

The makers have released all the getup of Balakrishna even before the release. It worked for the film promotions but the wow factor is missing as a result. Nobody felt thrilled in the theaters. In fact, many people thought they have seen it all after watching those photographs.

4. Balakrishna Making the Film:

Since Balakrishna, son of NTR himself made the film, the makers did not have a chance to portray even the slightest negative of NTR in the film. Obviously when everything is about positive, the masala will go missing. People lost interest on the film as they felt the movie will be a documentary praising NTR.

5. Screenplay:

Director Krish came up with a very routine screenplay to narrate the film without any highs and lows. The movie is also close to Three Hours long which tested the patience of the audience in the theaters. That also played a crucial role in the movie failure.
