Gundello Godari Censor cuts

Adi Pinisetti, Tapsee, Sundeep Kishen’s bilingual romantic entertainer ‘Gundello Godari’ under Kumar Nagendra direction is getting ready for release on grand scale on February 21st in Telugu and 22nd in Tamil.

Film recently got U/A certificate from the censor board after the film makers agreed for 6 cuts. Following are the 6 cuts in the film. 

1. A scene having foul language (deenamma, lamdikodaka, lanjakodaka, munda) was deleted. 
2. Mumaith Khan’s thighs and cleavage exposure in a scene was replaced with normal scene.
3. Adi, Tapsee’s lip lock and hot scene on bed was deleted and inconsequential scenes were added.
4. Board asked film makers to run caption of ‘cigarette smoking and drinking injurious to health’ during such scenes.
5. Dialogue ‘Pantuloo… Pilaka Jagratta’ was deleted
6. Scenes of animals shot with AWBI permission were Okayed while others were deleted and general scenes were included. 

Film is inspired by Godavari floods during 1996 and  Manchu Lakshmi who is producing the film on Manchu Entertainment banner said the film is a romantic love story between two couple and highlight will be scenes shot in the  banks of River Godavari. Ilayaraja’s music is the highlight for the film.
