HC ordered to seize Simbu house

Tamil Actor Simbu who is in the rough pace of his career was supposed to work with Passion Movie Makers for a Tamil Movie ‘Arasan’. The actor has also made an agreement with the production house in 2013 but the project didn’t materialize. Simbhu who took 50 lakh as advance refused to return it to the production house. Passion Movie Makers who have no choice left moved to Madras High Court seeking compensation.

Now The Madras High Court Justice M Govindaraj has directed Simbu to provide security for Rs. 85.50 lakh within four weeks or end up facing attachment of his household articles. The court ordered to seize the car owned by the actor and his mobile phones if he fails to return Rs 50 lakh advance along with Rs 35.50 lakh interest.
