The madras high court has directed the Tamil producers’ council to re-conduct the elections for the council because of additional votes polled in favour of no-confidence motion. Earlier there was lot of controversies is going on in the producers council. The present president of the council S.A.Chandrashaker has to face the tune of high court. As per the directions of High court director-producer K.R. and his team has moved no confidence motion voting against S.A.Chandrashaker and his team, under the supervision of high court former judge Padmanabhan.
However S.A.Chandrashaker, Kalaipuli S.Dhanu has filed a petition in the court alleging that the no confidence motion is not valued. The Judge after hearing the petition has issued stay order but K.R and his team appealed in the High court, the judge after hearing both the sides has dismissed the petitions of S.A.Chandrashaker, Dhanu and ordered to declare the voting results.
