“Komaram Puli” stay vacated

Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s "Komaram Puli" stay has been vacated in Chennai High court which the stay was issued in favor of Ravi Prasad Unit, Chennai. Ravi Prasad unit main allegations are that the Producers have to pay a sum of Rs.2Crore as their Unit dues since long time for two or more pictures. It is learnt that actually Ravi Kumar of Ravi Prasad Unit has given the loan of said amount by way of cash to the Producers. Real fact is that the Out door unit bills were already paid by the producers. But the Ravi Prasad unit has no source to show the said amount of cash in account, so they have prepared Unit utilization bills and produced before court and taken a stay order in their favour. It is learnt that today, the Producers of this film produced a Bank Guarantee to High Court for the said amount to be payable to Ravi Prasad Unit and wants to continue this case till the final judgment has to come. This is happy news to the entire production team as well as hard core fans of Pawan Kalyan. Analysts are expecting that “Komaram Puli” may hit the theatres on September 10th.
