Young hero Naga Chaitanya is currently shooting for his upcoming film Venky Mama. He is sharing his screen space with his real-life mama, Venkatesh, in this film, for which Bobby is the director. The film’s shooting got completed recently, and the post-production works are going on in full swing. This will be the first time Venky and Chay will be seen acting in full-length roles in a movie. Earlier Venky did a cameo in Naga Chaitanya’s Premam. A strong buzz that the film will release on the 11th of January as Sankranthi special is doing rounds in the Film Nagar. An official announcement is expected to be out soon.
On the other hand, Naga Chaitanya will soon join hands with director Shekar Kammula for an upcoming entertainer. Now the buzz is that Naga Chaitanya will speak Telangana slang in the film, and for this, the actor is planning to learn the slang. Chay, who always speaks Andhra accent, will learn the Telanagana accent under the supervision of Shekar Kammula says a source. Shekar Kammula has earlier trained dancing queen Sai Pallavi to speak the Telangana accent for his previous film Fidaa. The actress nailed it in Fidaa, while we have to wait and see how well Naga Chaitanya manages to impress the audience.
The film’s regular shooting is likely to commence in a few weeks. Shekar Kammula is planning to wrap the entire shooting part of the film in just three months. Veteran distributor Narayandas Narang and P Ram Mohan Rao will bankroll this yet-untitled flick.
