Naga Shourya who has hit a lean patch with duds like ‘Oka Manasu’ will be hoping to revive his winning habit. He is one young actor who has got a reasonable impression in female and family audience but is not getting that much-needed hit to steady his career. The actor’s planning seems to be bad as well. He does not have a single release in 2017 but is planning two films in the gap of one week next year. That too in February which is treated as a dull period for film releases.
Naga Shourya’s Chalo was announced to release on February 2nd while his other project, Kanam will see the light on February 9th. If the two movies release as announced, each of them will kill the other film and will serve no purpose. Moreover, February 9th is such a bad date for release because as many as four big films – Varun Tej’s Tholi Prema, Nikhil’s Kirrak Party, Sai Dharam Tej’s Dharma Bhai and Manchu Family’s Gayatri are being planned that day. It has to be seen if the young actor realizes his mistake and plan his films in such a way there is a good gap. Both the films are currently carrying decent buzz.
