Karan Johar is producing the biggest film of his banner ‘Brahmastra’ starring Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Amitabh Bachchan. The film is a socio-fantasy film which will be made in two parts. It is being shot in 3D and is being planned to release next year.
Yuvasmarat Akkineni Nagarjuna is also playing a key role in this extravagant high-on-VFX film. It is now revealed that he will be playing an archaeologist and has shot for the same in Varanasi in June 2019.
Talking about how Nag will be introduced in the film, a source close to the film said that an important event in the film leads Ranbir and Alia to Nagarjuna. The story unfolds in the ancient temple city before moving to the Himalayas. The film’s antagonists, Mouni Roy and Saurav Gurjar, also come into play because of Nagarjuna’s track.
Brahmastra is directed by Ayan Mukerji and is one of the most exciting films of 2020.
