“Robot/Enthiran” receiving rave reviews from all over the country and abroad, Superstar Rajinikanth is a contented man these days. According to sources, the actor, known for his spiritual leanings, will be inaugurating the ‘Yugadharma Utsav 2010’ scheduled to be held in November at the Palace Grounds in Bengaluru.
The festival will feature 73year old Yugadharma Ramanna, who will deliver a talk on this era’s Dharma (Yugadharma) and will lead a team of 500 singers in a live performance of classical and folk dances like Bharatanatyam, Dollu Kunita,
Yakshagaana, Veera Gaase, to name a few. Yugadharma Ramanna is an inspiration for thousands, including Rajinikanth. The interesting part is that Ramanna, who failed class 1 five times, grew up to be a legend in the world of folk music. This singer-lyricist can recite more than 6,000 folk songs from memory! Film director Pallakki Radhakrishna has taken the responsibility of directing the event. Around three Lakh people are expected to attend the festival and it’s an opportunity for all Rajini fans to meet their favorite hero at the mammoth Utsav.
