Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s next film with young director Kalyan Krishna is progressing at a brisk pace. This is the third film for director Kalyan Krishna whose previous movies ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ and ‘Raarandoy Veduka Chuddham’ were hits. Tentatively titled ‘Nela Ticket’, the makers are planning to release the movie on May, 25th as Summer Special. The movie shooting is 50% complete so far. Recently, Sun TV has bought the satellite rights, digital rights, and Hindi dubbing rights of this film for the whopping amount of Rs.25 Crores.
The team has roped in model-turned-TV actress Malavika Sharma for the role of the heroine. Kalyan Krishna previously worked with only well-known names (read Lavanya Tripathi and Rakul Preet Singh) before. Malavika is famous for her glamour act on her Instagram account. Veteran actor Jagapathi Babu has been roped in to play the lead antagonist in the film. Touted to be a village-based romantic entertainer, Young music director, Shakthi Kanth who composed the tunes for ‘Fidaa’ has been roped for this film to score music. Finishing this film, Ravi Teja will quickly move on to the regular shoot of his other film with Srinu Vaitla. Tentatively titled Amar Akbar Anthony, a majority of the movie shoot will happen in the United States.
