Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan has been instructed to appear in a Mumbai court on Dec 27th. The Cops have also been asked to attend. The court released notice to Salman Khan and to the police based on a claim that the police faked paperwork and proof to help Salman Khan in a hit-and-run case. The case was registered by lawyer-activist Abha Singh. Salman Khan had rammed into a bakery in suburban Bandra, killing one and injuring four others sleeping on a pavement, September 28th, 2002. The case is still being in trial. Allegations against the actor include fast driving with irresponsible. In March this year, Salman Khan had filed an application in the Bandra metropolitan court seeking to sell his car as he does not need it any more. However, the court rejected the application as the car is evidence in the case and the trial is not over. Now, yesterday the court had send notice to him to appear before the court on December 27th.
