Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan is slated for grand release on July 10th. Speaking to scribes on his action scenes in Burqa he says "The Pakistani cops know that two guys and a kid are on the run. So to deceive them, one of them needed to wear a burqa. Pavan is the natural choice because he is the kind of guy who will give away his identity if the cops ask him who he is or where he is coming from.”
On wearing Burqa he said “It is the most difficult thing to wear on a shoot. You can’t see well through it, nor can you walk easily in it. I kept tripping all the time during shoot. And if you are claustrophobic, then you’ll be sweating inside. I have a mild breathing problem, so breathing inside the burqa was even more difficult for me. One day on the sets, I was eating something, and I tried eating it through the burqa. That scene was so funny that it was included in the film. Thank God, Kabir did not make me do any action scenes in a burqa."
Rockline Venkatesh is producing the film along with Salman Khan and the film is directed by Kabir Khan. Story is provided by Rajamouli’s dad Vijayendra Prasad.
