Comedian turned hero Sunil is known for his soft and down to earth nature. Except delivering continuous failure, other than that so far Sunil is not in news for wrong reasons, personally or professionally. But, now it seems like Sunil is very much frustrated by tasting back to back flops from past couple of years and showing his anger openly.
It is an open fact that Sunil facing rough phase in his career with the string of flops and is fast disappearing from the silver screen as a hero. Recently he is trying shift back to comedian roles due to lack of offers as a hero. Now, the shocking buzz is circulating wide in Film Nagar circles as Sunil threatened director.
Go into details, it is known Sunil was supposed to do the lead role in a remake of Tamil super hit ‘Sathuranga Vettai’ which will direct by debutant Ganesh Gopi. But makers replaced Sunil with Satyadev by considering Sunil’s rough phase with continuous flops.
Popular news daily reported, “Sunil called and threatened director Ganesh Gopi for removing from the film. Though it is not in the director’s hands to do anything about the project, Sunil called him and threatened him not to direct the film. Director Gopi Ganesh told him to talk to the producer.”
It also reported, “Sunil didn’t relent even when Gopi Ganesh informed him that he was a debut director and is ready to stop if the producer asks him to. Sunil is meanwhile, frustrated and shouted at the direct to stop the film.”
Currently, the film’s shooting is progressing in Vizag and directed completed more than 50% of the film’s shoot with Satyadev as the lead.
On the work front, Sunil is currently playing lengthy comedian role in Allari Naresh forthcoming project.
