Income Tax Department has shocked Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan by legally attaching deja vu Farms Pvt Ltd at Alibaug, allegedly belonging to the actor. The attachment was made as per the provisions of Prohibition of Binami Property Transactions Act. The allegation is that the agricultural land was bought for farming but was later used to construct a farmhouse.
The Department reportedly had evidence that the property belonged to the actor despite it being registered in somebody else’s name. Sources tell us that the farmhouse is worth Rs.250 Crore and the sprawling beach-side property is spread around 20,000 sq meters. It has high-end amenities like swimming pool and helipad. Permission should be sought for the transfer of agriculture land for non-agriculture use from the collector or state Government.
On the other side, the actor’s next with filmmaker Aanand L. Rai’s next is titled ‘Zero’ and the Superstar will be seen as a midget in the movie produced by SRK’s wife Gauri Khan. The actor will play the role of a dwarf that people will love to hate. ‘Zero’ also stars Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in leading roles and is scheduled to release on December, 21st, 2018, as Christmas Special. Shahrukh Khan is due for a big hit for a very long time. The actor in the recent years has been churning flops after flops. His fans are eagerly waiting for this film to see if it gets the much-needed success for the Superstar.
