Thugs of Hindostan Set New Bench Mark

Bollywood starlet’s most awaited film Thugs Of Hindostan has released in a grand way across the worldwide as Diwali visual feast and receiving a mixed talk from viewers. The film has an impressive cast ensemble starring Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh.

The film is released in more than 7000 screens worldwide and it has smashed all the records and set a new benchmark. According to reports, the breaches ₹ 50 crore mark on the first day.

The film is set in 1795 when Hindustan was divided into rebels and the East India Company.  This is the first time Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan are sharing screen space. This is one of the many reasons it was collected huge openings on Day 1.

Amitabh Bachchan plays a rebel at sea, Khudabaksh, who is fighting to drive away the British Aamir Khan, on the other hand, plays a snitch, which infiltrates the thug gang on order of the British rulers. It is a big budget film which is made up around Rs 300 crores. The film uses extensive VFX but the content wise the film failed to impress Bollywood audiences. Watch this space for more updates.
