Vijay Devarakonda Lambasts Censor Board

Young Hero Vijay Devarakonda joins the club of celebrities who lambasts the Censor Board. This happened at the Pre-Release Event of his Friday Release, Arjun Reddy a little while ago in Hyderabad. Vijay questioned the Censor Board’s keenness to give A Certificate to film and also mentioned about muting a cuss word, M*****d. He went on to ask the audience to become his dubbing when that particular word comes in the movie.

There are reports that Censor Board even cut the long kissing scene in the movie. It is the unique selling point of the movie and is smeared in all of the promotional materials. Losing it may have provoked the Young Hero. Censor Issues are not new for Tollywood but they have considerably decreased in the recent times. And for the first time, a young hero has come so strong on the Censor Board. Produced by Pranay Reddy Vanga and directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Arjun Reddy is the story of a corrupt medico played by Vijay Devarakonda. Arjun Reddy is releasing in both the Telugu States on 25th of this month with Special Night Premieres on 24th of this month. It will be competing with dubbing films, Vivekam and VIP-2 releasing this weekend.
